# Seonin — Personal AI Studio

> Seonin is a personal AI studio founded in 2026 in Seoul, South Korea, operated by Minjun Gu. We design and ship autonomous multi-agent AI products built on Anthropic Claude: an AI Comic Studio and a long-form Novel Engine, plus a public analytics API. All products are live in production, not planned.

- [Comic Studio](https://seonin.online/comics/): serialized manga produced end-to-end by AI agents — script & continuity board → design-board sets → prompt checker (banned words, exact counts, positive phrasing) → 3-stage render (composition → style → masked head repaint) → item-by-item vision QA → lettering studio → page assembly.
- [Novel Engine](https://seonin.online/novel/): long-form fiction production line — canon ingestion → reverse design → 36-beat outline → voice lock → scene drafts → style gates (≥10,000 chars incl. spaces, dialogue ratio, restricted-term scan) → human approval → canon promote, with a continuity ledger (character state, objects, clocks, disclosure schedule). Latest approved chapter took 7 documented passes.

## Technology
Anthropic Claude (Opus / Sonnet / Haiku) is the reasoning core. Multi-agent pipelines run on Cloudflare Pages + Pages Functions with Workers KV persistence. Open diffusion models (ComfyUI: Krea2, Anima, Hassaku) render imagery. Human-in-the-loop QA gates every published release.
